Using Hanna Somatic Education movements, these sessions will connect us back into forgotten spaces in our bodies. By finding and bringing new sensing to specific muscles, we can bring them back into our conscious control and release excess tension they may be holding. THE RESULT – a decrease of pain and increase of efficient movement.

Join us for these workshops if you experience chronic pain, would like to become more connected to your body, or are seeking a moment of repose and grounding.

***You will experience the most benefit from taking all five sessions, as the work builds on itself. However, if you can only attend one or a few, you will still experience great benefit and relief.

***No prior movement experience is needed. These movements are safe for any age or ability.

***You will need floor space large enough for you to lie with your legs extended and your arms out the the side, access to internet, and will need to wear comfortable clothing in which you can easily move.
